Through meditation, breathwork, and practical wellness teachings, she helps women reduce stress, restore energy, and reconnect with their strength. Her warm and grounded approach meets each woman exactly where she is.

Fitness Expert
Cynthia is a seasoned fitness professional dedicated to helping women build sustainable strength from the inside out. Her approach focuses on functional movement, body awareness, and the joy of feeling capable in your own skin. At the retreat, Cynthia brings energy, encouragement, and a deep understanding of what women's bodies need at every stage of life.
